We believe that information and communication tools (ICT) should become gradually free enhancing, enriching lives in the new digital economies, making organizations more effective and productive, achieving more with less resources and waste, providing practical solutions, distribution of knowledge and best practices, establishment of relevant to social networks, changing life patters to the best.

We believe that this environment further improves the capacity of knowledge to enlighten, and in the ability of empowered communities to improve their lives, contribute to the economic and social growth and decrease impacts of global instabilities.
