The Project Name:

Improving good governance and organizational performance, its traceability, transparency, business culture and learning for sustainable growth by implementing new performance bencharking tools and services.

The Project objectives:

Implementation of break-through yet free ICT solutions presenting easy, simple and friendly info-eco-system for learning and work, upgrading of managerial knowledge and operational methodology for achievements, its planning, definitions of targets, benchmarking of results in wide range of user defined strategic, operational, financial, social, ecological aspects of business processes. Its features would facilitate stakeholders as follows:

•    Unified, coordinated and collaborative methods and procedures of performance benchmarking
•    Improved culture of organizational management at each level
•    Simplicity in setting goals of any activity, customizing applications, evaluating achievements and comparing it to others
•    Traceability of business results over time and simplicity of its demonstration
•    Implementing organizational knowledge bases to accumulate details of existing in-house business processes, its continuous improvement and relevant documentation (accordingly to recommendations of ISO)
•    “Learning by doing and collaborating in planning, improvement and upgrading” to facilitate exchanging of best practices, unified benchmarking procedures, transfer of knowledge in easy and engaging way to excellence within regular operational processes
•    Easy access to new ICT tools and underlying methodology for public and private organizations

The project includes prototyping of the developed solutions in countries with local financial support and partnership.

The significance of the issue addressed by the project:

Increased rate of change caused by globalization, economic instabilities, climate and limits of natural resources introduce long-term challenges for national stakeholders such as administrations, regulators, investment institutions, industrialists as well as population. The improved capacity to effectively keep the developments under control, manageable and reaching the economic targets under available resources and various constraints becomes a key issue ensuring sustainable national growth.  The Project content introduces innovative methodology, knowledge and relevant ICT applications providing highly practical and affordable means to address the issues.

Expected Project results in brief:

The public and private organizations receive free, easy to use yet comprehensive innovative info-eco-system for good governance and learning. It provides automatic measuring and benchmarking of internal business processes enabling management and employees to trace their actual results. The management receives an option of benchmarking these results for selected reference groups of organizations (by branch and geography). The relevant reporting options ensure new applications for investment and innovation management, improved transparency

The national administrations and industries as well as international agencies obtain relevant evidence information for improving good governance for sustainable economic and social developments.
